ASCO Service, Inc. encourages quarterly or bi-monthly maintenance visits on all commercial heating and air conditioning units, and twice yearly for residential units. During our maintenance visits the air filters will be changed, or washable filters, washed and ASCO Service, Inc.'s expert staff will check condenser and fan motor units, refrigerant levels, heat exchangers as well as pilot flame levels.
Maintenance is important to keep indoor air quality at optimum levels, and permits air to flow more freely through air ducts then into your home. A higher, energy efficient heating and air conditioning unit can result in lower monthly costs, and can help further ensure the comfort and security of your home.
ASCO Service, Inc. is pleased to service and supply their customers with regular maintenance service contracts, tailored to the needs of residential and commercial customers. Residential preventive maintenance is usually scheduled twice per year, once before the cooling season (spring), and once before the heating season (fall). At this time we will change your filters, check your heat exchanger for visual cracks, check your motor amps, check freon levels and check overall operation of the system.
Commercial Units may require a more frequent maintenance schedule as the commercial demands on heating and air conditioning units usually exceed those of the smaller, residential units.
